Matzah in Great Falls?

So far, we have been unsuccessful in finding any retailer in Great Falls that is carrying kosher-for-Passover products. Has anyone else had any luck finding any matzah?

Although I have not been there yet, I am told that there is Passover “stuff” at Albertsons on 10th. I will check it out later today.

    • When we were there, they only had non Kosher for Passover matzah.

    • I have some matzah left over from last year for the taking. I don’t know if anybody wants it after a year in my cold dry basement, but they’re welcome to it if they do.

      • On behalf of Marty Foxman: I have ten pounds of last year’s matzah if it is needed. I guess it’s a form of Jewish survivalist behavior. I will be leaving GF on Sat. morning, so folks would have to call me before then. Marty

      Hi Friends,
Albertsons had a large supply of Passover items last week. I am looking forward to our Community Seder

  2. Albertson’s on 10th has Passover stuff including Yehuda Matzoh marked “Passover Matzoh” and “Passover 2013” from Israel. Its what I purchased for the Community Seder. Its at the end of that natural food aisle that’s adjacent to the produce section facing the meat department.

    • Laura; awesome! Thank you! Interestingly enough, the stuff in their small ‘kosher’ section is not Pesach matzah.

      • That’s because the “Kosher” section is year round Kosher. The “Kosher for Passover” section is seasonal and they put up a special display for it. Although I did get the gefilte fish in the regular Kosher section, (“Kosher for Passover and all year round”) because it was Manischevitz and I wasn’t familiar with the brand in the seasonal “Kosher for Passover” area.

I have now been to Albertsons. They have a nice display by the meat department. Matzah, matzal meal, cake meal, gefilta fish , wine, grape juice, and some sweets.

  4. On behalf of Elliott Magalnick: Doesn’t Albertson’s carry matza anymore? If you can’t find any, I can ship some up from Denvder.
