MJP: PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THIS UPCOMING SPECIAL STATEWIDE EVENT

Our MAOR rabbis (both those with pulpits and who are “retired”) and the Montana Jewish Project are planning online gatherings where multiple rabbis and Montana Jewish community/congregation members participate, starting with Shabbat Shuva on October 4, 2024, 2 Tishrei 5785.

Rabbi Sonja has offered to plan this one, and MJP will be in charge of registration and running the Zoom.
SHABBAT SHUVA ACROSS MONTANA REGISTRATION FORM
Last year, these online gatherings drew a larger group than you’d expect and seemed to resonate with those who attended. We are looking ahead for Sukkot, Hanukkah, Purim, and Passover.

It’s also wonderful to bring together Jewish Montanans from around our big state for a sense of a larger community.

The general idea is that one rabbi/one community leader will plan one event, and the others participate and help spread the word.

In any event, it’s an honor to collaborate with the MAOR rabbis and would wonderful to include Aitz Chaim members.

    Warm regards,
    Rebecca
