I am not sure that I will need a host for Thursday night dinner. I am planning on
going to second day of Rosh Hashona services at Habad in Boseman, on Friday and
I just may leave after lunch on Thursday and drive down there. I do not fly back
to Denver until early Saturday morning.

July Aitz Chaim weekend coming soon!
Aitz Chaim will be holding services the weekend of July 22 (Parashat Matot).
This is the first time we have experimented with mid-Summer services, in an attempt to cater to the ever-growing segment “snowbird” contingent of our congregation.
As such, please watch this site in the coming days — another virtual issue of the Ram’s Horn will be soon posted here, with all of our standard features, articles, columns and information!
MAJCO SHABBATON REGISTRATION

MONTANA: JEWISH VOICES, MORAL CHOICES
26TH ANNUAL SHABBATON
Hosted by… Bet Harim Jewish Community of the Flathead Valley
The Sanctuary At Kila, Montana
Registration is also available at Bet Harim’s website: www.betharim.com
A Rainy Bonfire?
Well, it looks like we will be socked in with a bit of moisture this weekend. That could put a bit of a damper on our planned Lag B’Omer bonfire and shish kebab cookout.
We will have to play some of it by ear, but I think that the majority of our adult discussion will be indoors. Weather permitting, we will still light the fire and cook the shish kebab outdoors. We’ll make an announcement at services tonight with more particulars; hope to see you there!

MAJCO SHABBATON; WHAT IS A SHABBATON?
Shabbaton is a Hebrew term which may loosely be translated into English to mean Sabbatical. In recent times, a sabbatical has come to mean any extended absence in the career of an individual. Sometimes a Shabbaton has come to mean a program of education and celebration focused on the Shabbat.
Every year, the Jewish Communities of Montana set aside one weekend to meet, pray, sing, eat and recreate together. This year BET HARIM is proud to be hosting this event at the Sanctuary Retreat Center in Kila, Montana, the week end of July 15-17. Please make plans to join us in beautiful Glacier Park for a gathering of all of Montana’s Jewish communities.
