COME TO THE HADASSAH shabbaton
By Janet Tatz
Hadassah is an organization which supports the Hadassah hospitals in Israel, Young Judaea, a Jewish youth movement in the United States and around the world, medical research, women’s health, education, and much more
The statewide Hadassah Shabbaton will be held the weekend of June 17th-19th at the Ursuline Center, 2300 Central Avenue, in Great Falls. The theme for the weekend is healthy Women, Healthy Lives. We will have Friday night Shabbat services, a Torah study on Saturday morning, a silent auction, meals to share and an all around good time. All current or potential members of Hadassah are encouraged to attend. The registration form for the Hadassah Shabbaton is available here, please click on the link and register!
In celebration of their hundredth anniversary this year, Hadassah is offering Life memberships at the incredibly low rate of only $100.00. Normally, Life memberships cost $360.00, and annual memberships remain at $36.00. Associate memberships, for men, are also a one time cost of $100.00.
Anyone interested in learning more about this wonderful, inspirational, and proactive organization and all the good work that they do in Israel, the United States, and abroad can find out more at www.hadassah.org. Those interested in joining Hadassah may do so online at the Hadassah website, or by contacting janetilene@gmail.com or 406-443-0349.
The Hadassah Shabbaton should be educational, informative and fun. This would be a great time for more Aitz Chaim members to join and support Hadassah.
